C-Coach Training Process

The training is divided into three parts:
Part 1: Preparation with the Hello Padel Academy online platform (approx. 6 hours)
Part 2: Practical module and theory exam (approx. 16 hours)
Part 3: Practical exam (as an exam video)

Part 1: Preparation

The registration deadline is always 21 days before the start of the practical module.

No later than two weeks before the start of the practical module, you will receive your access to the Hello Padel Academy and further information about the training via email.

14 days before the course starts, you will also receive hotel recommendations from us. Please do not book before then or plan your travel with a cancellation option until that time. Should a course need to be canceled in exceptional cases, we cannot accept liability for any costs incurred, but we always strive to find a fair solution with you and to offer alternative participation options.

The minimum number of participants per location is 8 people. If there are fewer registrations up to 14 days before the course, we reserve the right to cancel it. To ensure high quality, there is also a limit on the number of participants per location. If necessary, we will offer alternative dates or expand training capacity.

Part 2: Practical Module and Theory Exam

The practical module takes place at various facilities across Germany. You can find all dates and the respective registration forms further down on this page.

Part 3: Practical Exam

The practical exam is submitted in the form of a video created by the participants themselves. The exam consists of 2 videos. In the first video, participants must demonstrate a feed and rally sequence covering 45 balls, filmed in a single take. Participants will receive detailed information about this during the preparation phase.

In the second video, the participant must explain a stroke technique determined by their respective instructor.
